36Smile Day 9
I know far too well the happiness, excitement—and well a little bit of stress— it comes with a big move, seeing as how I have moved to two places in the last year.
So it's always exciting to see someone else go through that.
My best friend and her boyfriend are starting a new chapter in their life, packing up and moving from Houston to Colorado. I was talking to her yesterday (Day 9 of my Project 365Smile) and she was telling me about everything they are doing before moving. I got me thinking about everything Chris and I had to do before we moved to Maui and before coming here. It brought back some good memories :)
She sent me a link to the houses they are looking at, told me she has an interview with a Dance/Pilates studio when they go visit on Fri, getting their current house up to date and ready to sell.
I could sense the excitement in her voice, even online.
I've been there, Chris and I have done that.
It's beyond exciting, knowing you are going to start a brand new chapter in your life. What makes it even better is when you have someone to share with.
I am so happy for her and her boyfriend.
Here is to the new snowy-filled, big kid chapter in your life. Yall deserve it!
