36Smile! Day 12 Yesterday, I went to the general meeting for the Puget Sound Chi Omega Alumnae group and was installed as their new Vice President!
This definitely made my day.
With a series of rejections and applying to jobs like crazy, I'm starting to wonder.... so something good needed to happen :)
I am so honored to be a part of Chi Omega in this aspect. Chi O has been a part of my life since I first pledged at UH in the Spring of '02 and I have been involved ever since—minus the time we lived on Maui, where there was no chapter.
The alumnae group here has been kind of lacking, so myself and the newly elected officers are excited to breathe new life in the group and get it active again! It's also been a great way to meet new people, too.
I'm looking forward to this new year.
What networking groups have you been involved? Are you an active alum for your alma mater?
